Ryan Dugan: Head Coach
Coach Dugan, who will be entering his fifth season as Head Coach in 2021, is the seventh Head Coach in program history and has the distinction of being the first alumni ever to hold the position. For seven seasons (2010-2016) he served as an Assistant Coach and fulfilled a number of duties including Defensive Coordinator (2010-2014), Offensive Coordinator (2015-2016) and Associate Head Coach. He played from 2002-2005 as a QB and LB and received numerous accolades including Team MVP, Tony Vegnone Offensive MVP, Central Mass All-Star and Shriners All-Star. He continued his playing career at Wesleyan University from 2006-2009. He served as a football operations assistant for the Kansas City Chiefs in the summer of 2008 under Herm Edwards. As a Track & Field Coach, he coached Douglas to two Central Mass District Championships Ryan is a Math teacher at Shepherd Hill.
